Every show is comprised of clips. We use clip to mean any type of content like video, sound, images, products or text. If you have a lot of clips that you want to add to your clip library all at once, it's best to use the Upload menu. If you have just a few clips for a show, you can use the Insert menu. The Insert menu will upload AND insert the clip into the show. The Upload menu simply uploads clips to the library for use at a later time.
