To summarize, when you add or remove a clip from the stage, a new scene is needed.

To make a duplicate copy of a scene, first make sure you've selected the scene to be copied, then
click the Insert Duplicate Scene button

A copy of the previous scene is created. This is handy when you want any part of a scene to remain in place
for the next part of the show, but need to change something else about the scene.
To delete a scene, make sure you've got the scene you want to delete selected, then click
the Delete Scene button
. The scene will will be deleted.
You can also drag scenes to reorder them in the show. Just click a scene column on the left side of the editor, so it's highlighted yellow. Then, drag it before or after another scene in the scene column.
To change a scene's timing or duration, start by viewing the properties of the scene by clicking the
button.
You can change the start, end and duration manually by increasing or decreasing the numbers, then click the Accept button to commit the change.
